FUNYSCRIPT is a digital publishing imprint of Guangzhou Rongxi Trading Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website and our order process.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

• Order details — the package you bought, the price paid, the order number and the date. We need these to deliver your file and to answer support questions.
• Email address — used to send the receipt, the download link and any support reply. It is the only identifier we hold for a buyer.
• Messages you send us — whatever you write to rongxilinko@outlook.com, kept so we can answer and refer back.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, recorded by our web server and security layer for the purpose of keeping the site up and free of abuse.
• Cookies — see section 4.

What we do not collect: we never receive or store your card number, bank details or payment credentials. Those are handled entirely by the payment provider.

2. Payment data

Payments are processed by PayPal. When you check out you are entering your details on the payment provider’s systems under their own privacy policy, and we receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded, together with the order reference and the email address attached to it. We cannot see or recover your card number.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver the file you paid for and to reissue it if a download fails.
• To issue a receipt and to keep accounting records we are required to keep.
• To answer support and licensing questions you send us.
• To detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks and abuse of the download links.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking on this site.

4. Cookies

This site sets cookies that are necessary for it to work: keeping the contents of your cart while you browse, remembering a logged-in session if you create an account, and protecting the checkout form against automated abuse. Blocking these will stop the cart and checkout from working.

5. Who else sees your information

• PayPal — the payment provider, to process your order.
• Our hosting and email providers — they store the site and the mail we send, under contract and on our instructions.
• Authorities — only where we are legally required to respond, and only what is actually asked for.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and email correspondence for up to two years after the last exchange. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to a particular use of it. Write to rongxilinko@outlook.com and we will respond within thirty days. Where the law gives you the right to complain to a supervisory authority, you can do so; we would rather you told us first so we can fix the problem.

8. Where your information is held

Our site and records are held on servers operated by our hosting provider, which may be outside your country. Where information crosses a border we rely on our providers’ contractual safeguards for that transfer.

9. Children

This site sells professional development material. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes that affect buyers will be noted on this page rather than only buried in a revision.
